Refund Policy
1. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. This fee covers the technician's time and labor required to identify the issues with your device.
2. Completed Repairs
Once a repair has been completed and the device is ready for pickup or has been returned, no refunds will be issued should the customer change their mind.
3. Accessories & Used Devices

Accessories: All sales of accessories (cases, screen protectors, chargers, etc.) are f inal. No refunds or exchanges.

Used Device Sales: All sales of used or refurbished devices are final.
30-Day Defect Guarantee: If a purchased device is found to be defective within 30 days of the original purchase date, we will provide a replacement of equal value. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
4. General Terms
Repair Square reserves the right to refuse service or refunds that do not meet the criteria above. We stand behind our work with our Limited Lifetime Warranty on qualifying parts and labor.
